There are a few sub-fora on this forum that are unavailable to non-team members, if I you only see two fora, PM me. Give me a little time to notice that you've signed up first though, it's not like I'm on here 24/7. Give me a full day and I should get your group membership setup. There is a delay from you signing up to the forum emailing me that you've signed up, and then a delay from when I receive the email to when I set group memberships.

Oh, and use your actual name (preferably either first name and last initial like "John D" or your full name like "Jane Doe") as your username; if I don't recognize your name either due to a weird username ("BigBig39023" or "masterofgearzz") or just me not knowing it (true of many newbies, sorry guys), you'll have to see me at a meeting or prove in your PM that you are a team member. BTW, if you use a weird username, I will change it to your first name (like mine), first name and last initial (if I know it), or just delete your account; however, doing any of those annoys me and I do not like to waste my time being annoyed.

To add on more: give a real email address. I am not going to redistribute your info or spam you. It is necessary to activate your account, and I think you can hide it in your profile settings. If you hide it, most people will be completely unable to view it. I will still be able to see it and mods may be able to, I'm not sure.

There is now another Administrator, creatively named Admin. You should now send your requests for administrative action to Admin (you can cc me, but make sure Admin receives a copy of your request as well). The Admin account is intended to be anonymous in order to aid in administrative action (remove personal egos from the equation); so, the person(s) who have access to the account will not reveal who they are, and the administrators would appreciate if you didn't attempt to find out who has access to the Admin account.

EDIT: It has been brought to my attention that this is an apparent contradiction of the terms of use with regards to real names. That requirement is there to facilitate discussion between people on these fora, and since the Admin will not be participating in discussion, it doesn't really apply.
